UK Customers
Postage is free on all UK orders and the majority of orders are sent via Royal Mail.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days.
We offer a 14 day returns policy (from date of delivery). The customer is required to pay for any return postage costs and must be sent on a service which provides proof of delivery. Upon receipt of the product, in original and unused condition, we will process a full refund.
Orders will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
We reserve the right not to accept the return of custom cut materials.

Non-UK Customers
International orders are sent via a Signed For service (or a Tracked & Signed service to available regions).
